Prior to delivery, we ask you to PLEASE:  Confirm your address, phone number, and merchandise on the receipt with your sleep expert  Mattress Firm will contact you by an automated phone, text, or email notification the evening before delivery with your 2- hour delivery window using the contact information that you provided  Remove bed linens and any unused bed frames or furniture from the room  Remove any objects from the delivery path in your home  Make sure there is a clear path from the street to the residence entrance  Put all house pets in a separate room away from the delivery path and setup area  Have a responsible adult 18 years or older present during delivery and have an accessible phone number.  Your delivery team will be calling you prior to your delivery to ensure that you are prepared  Any questions or issues regarding product should be directed to the sales associate who assisted you with your purchase MATTRESS FIRM STRIVES TO ENSURE YOUR SATISFACTION!  During your delivery, the Delivery Team will:  Wear shoe covers on all carpeted surfaces and utilize proper PPE precautions per the CDC’s recommendations  Your Delivery Team CAN: 11  Deliver and set up your new set within the guaranteed time window  Haul off old bedding as written on the sales order limited to the number of sets being delivered.  Due to time constraints, either haul off OR remove old mattress set to another room in the vicinity.  Your Delivery Team CANNOT:  Hoist product over balconies, walls, or stairwells  Provide extra hardware  Move or touch personal property – they are only insured to deliver and set up Mattress Firm merchandise (this includes attaching rails or brackets to existing furniture, and removing bed slats for adjustable bases)  Remove old bed frames, furniture or bed slats  Haul off waterbeds, airbeds, adjustable bases, beds with insects, wet beds, fresh biohazard, nor anything that could physically harm the driver team(i.e., spring sticking out).  Do not leave old mattress sets outside for more than a couple of hours, the team cannot take them  Remember: If you find any damage to your product or property, please note it in the comment section with your delivery team and report it to the store.
