What will you be doing??

• Maintain DOT regulated driver logs daily as required, if applicable. ·
• Once trained and certified, have the ability to operate an electric jack to maneuver product safely as needed. ·
• Flexible working schedule required with possibility of weekend work hours to meet operational needs. ·
• Deliver product and materials from farm location to farm location on a daily basis or as needed. ·
• Assist with loading product/materials as requested.
• Move trailers around the yard of locations as required.
• Fuel tractors and trailers at locations and check refrigeration units for proper working condition.
• Assist with other equipment moves around yard areas.
• Maintain all necessary paperwork as needed.
• May deliver products to customers as operational needs require.
• Be a safe and courteous driver. · Other job related duties required to meet operational needs.

Qualifications/Skills

• High School Diploma preferred but not required; CDL A accreditation; current Medical Certificate; ability to read and write in English; ability to move at a fast pace; assist with loading and unloading as requested; ability to lift 60+lbs over one’s head, and ability to work independently
• Minimum 1 year experience driving tractor trailers with mechanical ability a plus. Basic computer knowledge necessary.
