LB Home Improvements, a faith-based, family-owned, and operated business since 2018, is looking for a Construction Worker to serve as the driver for our crew. If you have a clean driving record, aptitude, or experience as a carpenter or in exterior residential remodeling and want to join a great team, consider applying for this position. We will provide on-the-job training to the right person.

Our Ideal Construction Worker:

• Experience: Must know how to drive a truck & trailer. A background in deck building, window & door replacement, or other construction is helpful. Willing to provide on-the-job residential construction training for entry-level candidates.
• Clean Driving Record: Must have a valid PA License and a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Active: This position requires using hand tools & equipment, physical work, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Positive: Your experience is not as important as your attitude. We are looking for someone friendly, a good team player, and a consistent worker willing to work overtime.
• Team Player: We all work together and support each other in performing the quality work our customers have come to expect.
• Reliable & Punctual: We meet at the shop each morning at 6 AM. As the driver, you must be on time so we can leave for the job site promptly.
• Conscientious: Cares about work quality & takes pride in work. Do your part to ensure the job is done right, and be respectful of our equipment & our customers' property.
• Motivated: We're willing to teach you if you have an aptitude for construction and want to learn the trade. But we're also very open to considering those already skilled in construction.

What We Offer Our Construction Workers:

• $22 - $28/hour. Depending on Experience
• Full-time hours, 6 AM to 5 PM
• Primarily local work, home every night
