Compensation:
We are looking for a qualified field supervisor. Are you that individual that can run a crew across multiple job sites; create digital estimates for our clients and ensure a profitable job; how are your communication skills? Leadership, client management and running job level Profit and Loss.
This role is a mixture of smaller job delivery with larger focus on running teams and winning profitable estimates that we set up for you.

Did I mention that you will be fully licensed and insured GC? Did I mention that every Mr. Handyman professional gets a work van to take home, with gas, uniforms and replacements for those "bits and blades" that seem to need replacement every week. We put this total value at about $16,000 annually.

Skills/ Requirements

• Ability to perform a quality job on a variety of trades
• Customer / client first mindset with great communication skills
• Drive value and trust with our clients so they always think of you first
• Proficiency with diagnosing customer concerns & estimate pricing
• Build strong relationships with the customers you serve
• Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Be able to pass a background check & drug screen
• Tools to perform and complete multiple trades
• Be proficient in tablet usage, estimation, and yes, customer satisfaction
• 3 Years of employment history will need to be provided as part of background checks
