Dutch Wonderland Ride Operations Supervisor
Roles & Responsibilities:
Welcome guests with a smile and positive attitude!- Lead by example, attitude, and as a representation of Dutch Wonderland's core values
- Desire to contribute to a supportive and effective team!
- Provide creative resolutions to situations that arise in a positive manner.
- Encourage team members through positive affirmation and guide by corrective action with the Ride Operations Manager
- Maintain a vast knowledge of a group of rides in the park and is able to step in at an attraction when necessary.
- Maintain familiarity with weather codes and Lock Out Tag Out.
- Ensure rides team members are consistently performing accurate safety and height checks, enforcing height requirements and ride restrictions for all park attractions
- Create a safe environment for team members and guests my maintaining team member compliance with company and industry best practices, policies and procedures.
- Ensure the break schedule is being followed and adhere to all labor laws.
- Manage a smooth rotation of team members through the day.
- Handle escalated guest concerns and criticisms with a positive attitude to deescalate.
- Collaborate across departments to deliver exceptional guest experience!
- Must work well with others.
- Other duties assigned as needed.
- Ability to work in various climates.
