Carol Stream Animal Hospital is currently hiring for a full-time DVM / Veterinarian to join our animal care team in the Carol Stream, IL area. This animal care position earns a competitive salary of up to $140,000/year, based on ProSal commission compensation and profit-sharing.

DAY-TO-DAY

Our vets enjoy a favorable schedule with certain days off during the week. Our general veterinary office hours are Monday - Thursday, 8 am -7 pm, Friday, 8 am - 6 pm, and Saturday, 8 am - 1 pm.

As a vet, you play a vital role in our animal hospital. You are the primary person our clients look to for help and guidance when it comes to the health of their beloved pets. Each day, you diagnose and treat a variety of animals and reptiles who are ill or injured. Sometimes you perform surgery or use various types of medical equipment to correct a problem a pet might have. Other times, you do a regular wellness check that includes vaccinations to prevent infectious disease.

Whatever the needs of the pet, you take care to educate our clients, teaching them about animal behavior or a variety of other health concerns. In doing so, you help our clients understand that together we form a partnership in ensuring the health and wellness of their pets.
