Job Summary

We are currently seeking a high energy candidate to join our sales team as an eCommerce Manager.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with eCommerce accounts (Amazon, eBay, Backmarket, Swappa, Facebook etc) to ensure flawless execution of online content and enhancements, and help drive the ecommerce roadmap forward
• Handle daily operational activities and requests from multiple business and marketing units that impact sales on ecommerce platforms
• Actively work on strategy to minimize RMA as well as online theft
• Develop customer insights to use to improve the e-commerce business and product channels
• Find customer insights in e-commerce data to share with sales to improve products and/or sales in all channels and margins
• Provide detailed reporting on products and competitor trends with actionable data to support business development decision making processes
• Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through and offering code performance

Qualifications

Education/Experience/Skills:

• 2+ years of work e-commerce experience
• Solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks
• Highly analytical and sense for attention to detail
• Strong and articulate writing skills
• Self starter, self-motivated and comfortable in dynamic fast moving organization; positive thinker and attitude
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environment and is adept at building relationships with different stakeholders
• Must be familiar with reporting and sales metrics
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite of products (Office/ Excel/ PowerPoint); use of pivot tables and comfortable with slicing large amounts of data
• Marketing experience, knowledge in electronics (laptops, PC, phones etc) is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
