Job Summary:

At WallBeyond Int'l Inc, marketing is about building awareness about how our products can satisfy their needs. We are looking for an ECommerce Specialist who is hungry to do this and more. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the development and maintenance of online stores and are also tasked with coming up with new marketing strategies based on the review of business analytics thriving with daily routines and changing needs. Objectives of this Role

· Assist in maintaining and growing e-commerce sales on Amazon, Wayfair, Overstock, and all other e-commerce platforms

· Optimize current product listings, keywords, pictures, and new product launches on e-commerce platforms

· Identify new products in the industry for product development

· Supporting marketing efforts to drive marketplace growth

· Create engaging campaigns for email marketing, social media channels, e-commerce platforms

· Implement online sales & marketing plans; compile and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of such plans and report campaign results to management

· Research competitors to stay current with trends related to similar products and services

· Assisting in the development and distribution of marketing and promotional material

· Order processing and handling orders for warehouse manager

· Data entry and analysis

· Helping conduct and gather findings from market research

· Writing targeted content for the website

· Contributing to internal reports

· Reporting on success by monitoring key metrics

· Responding to marketing queries via phone, email, or social media

· Keeping abreast of industry trends and compelling marketing campaigns

· Liaising and strengthening relationships with suppliers and clients

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

· Keep abreast of industry changes and routinely monitor competitor marketing, website, and new product introduction

· Assist in maintaining ECOM platforms and content and integrating all digital assets and social media campaigns toward successful ECOM outcomes

· Assist in managing and creating content for e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Wayfair, Overstock, etc.

· Assist in managing content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support

· Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads

· Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly

Skills and Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Microsoft Office expertise

· Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills

· Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity

· Experience in website content management and updating

· Experience managing social media platforms is a plus

· Experience in building products and manufacturing environments

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
