DAY-TO-DAY

This full-time education position in human services works Monday through Friday. Part-time shifts are available depending on the needs of the school.

As an Educational Recruitment - Job Placement Coordinator in human services, you are responsible for assisting each student and graduate of our school with finding employment based on their professional skills. You document and maintain a placement rate of at least 75% of the graduates in your assigned program. A main part of your job involves preparing students and graduates for the job search by informing them about job market updates, job opportunities, and salary levels. You maintain comprehensive records regarding each student and graduate's interaction with placement and job search.

In addition, you schedule, update, and follow up on all interviews. Using your exceptional customer service skills, you establish, develop, and maintain relationships with prospective employers. You also take part in our graduation ceremonies and serve as a strong role model to actively motivate students to put forth their best effort. REQUIREMENTS FOR AN EDUCATIONAL RECRUITMENT - JOB PLACEMENT COORDINATOR

• 2+ years of experience in the customer service, sales, or marketing field

• Ability to use computerized systems
