The Kind of Work You’ll be Doing:

  • Provide excellent customer service for a high volume of requests from donors and employees while maintaining accuracy and efficiency keying at 7,500 strokes per hour with a 5% or less error rate. Investigate and provide solutions to complex and unique eGift situations.
  • Process eGift (EFT and credit card) contributions received via phone, email, and mail.
  • Process a high volume of changes to existing contributions as instructed by donors, staff members, and/or ministry representatives.
  • Maintain detailed records pertaining to each customer request received.
  • Comply with PCI Compliance for the safe and secure handling of confidential data mandated by The Payment Card Industry Security Standard.
  • Research and create a large quantity of service requests for donor and staff accounts.
  • Initiate written correspondence regarding complex requests pertaining to eGift donations.
  • Troubleshoot and train customers on Give Site use.
  • Investigate and provide solutions to errors with online Giving Profiles and web account access.
  • Responsible for completing all internal transfer of funds requests to staff and ministry accounts, including creating the gift and processing any changes in order to maintain staff paycheck accuracy.
  • Maintain a daily statistical volume report of phone, email, and mail counts and error reporting.
  • Prepare various donation reports upon request, answer questions staff may have about reports and update records as needed.
  • Ensure regulatory and Cru policy requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure the donor, staff member, and/or ministry representative is met with the utmost level of customer care.

Education and/or Experience:

Highschool diploma or GED, plus 1-3 years of related experience. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
