Beyond Campus Innovations is seeking an eLearning Multimedia Designer to assist with creating and revising online courses for private and public organizations. The eLearning Multimedia Designer will be responsible for creating animations, graphics, videos (filming and edits), interactives, gamification and more to create a cutting-edge learning experience for BCI. This position will work closely with instructional designers and course designers to deliver industry leading courses.

In addition to the above, BCIs eLearning Multimedia Designer will be tasked with creating courses within Articulate 360, specifically Articulate Storyline 360.

Core Competencies:

  • Fantastic use of design to develop learning solutions (gamifications, animation, video) using a combination of media interactives to maximize engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to create animations and simulations that can be embedded into Articulate Storyline.
  • Background of leading on location photo and video shoots with demonstrated ability to lead the video production process including storyboarding, filming, and editing.
  • Graphic design expertise with experience sourcing and modifying stock images, creating images, illustrations and videos to maximize learning
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Articulate Storyline to create eLearning courses.
  • Understanding of adult learning methodologies and how to apply them to the development of eLearning experiences.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360 - Storyline and Rise, Adobe Captivate, and Vyond.
  • Experience in developing simulations, learning games, and story based or problem based learning experiences.
  • Agility to work under tight and sometimes short deadlines.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Create and adhere to a content delivery schedule based on the work breakdown and project timeline.
  • Adhere to project instructions, quality assurance checklists, and standards in the creation of course components.
  • Deliver course components and documentation as specified and within the agreed-upon timeframe.
  • Apply adult learning best practices and instructional design methodologies.
  • Identify and analyze learning needs based on course details.
  • Work with the project management team to keep projects moving forward on schedule.
  • Flexibility to lead projects where and when needed.
  • Consult with internal and external stakeholders on providing learning solutions to meet business needs.
