What we are looking for:
We are actively seeking experienced Service Electricians for Residential Service Calls. Our company services the Scottsdale / Phoenix / Peoria / Troon / Rio Verde / Fountain Hills areas and offers excellent pay and benefits.

- Troubleshooting and repair skills
- Ability to work alone and be goal-oriented
- Accountable for producing a code-compliant installation
- Responsible for documenting, recording, and protecting company interests and assets
- Have the ability to explain and educate a homeowner on their electrical needs at their level
- Ability to look ahead and anticipate the material and manpower needs of the project
- Ability to problem solve/resolve conflicts as needed
- Ability to effectively direct and motivate others
- Strong communications skills -- verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills/ ability to interact with people
As a member of our service team, you will be assigned daily service call requests from customers. You will be working directly with the office dispatcher and must ensure timely service. Certain times you might work alongside a teammate.
The right candidate will have experience in the following areas:
- 100 - 400 AMP Panel Upgrades/ Panel Changes
- Hot Tub Wiring
- Recessed Light Installs
- Trouble Shooting
- Remodels / Additions
- Dedicated Circuits
- Ceiling Fan Install
- Knowledge & ability to install EV charging stations
- Exceptional people and customer service skills are a must
Have the experience? Here's what else we're looking for:
- A journeyman or Master's License is a HUGE plus!
- Must have at least two years of experience
- Valid driver's license and record in good standing
- Must be able to pass a drug screen/ criminal background check
- Must speak clear English
- Must provide a valid driver's license and hand tools
