First Western is looking for an Electronic Banking Administrator in NWA. This position would support the servicing of cash management and electronic banking products / services to new and existing customers.
The responsibilities of the Electronic Banking Administrator are, but not limited to, the following actions in accordance with the bank's policies and procedures:
- Build and maintain customer relationships, by developing mutually beneficial proposals to create long term value.
- Troubleshoot and support all electronic banking products and services, including but not limited to: Remote Deposit Capture, Mobile Deposit Capture, and have a good understanding for ACH processes.
- Prepare and revise Electronic Banking Contracts for Business Customers as needed.
- Support our Electronic Banking Clients while providing a high level of customer service.
- Coordinate efforts to provide information and training (internally and externally) on electronic banking products and services.
Qualified applicants must understand client needs for electronic banking. Banking experience is required with specific knowledge in electronic banking products and services preferred.
