Job Summary
Reporting to the Manager of Transportation Services, this position is responsible for the management and oversight of all Electronic Technician I and Electronic Technician II as well as the operation and integration of associated technology solutions and platforms. Specific responsibilities include hiring, training, and supervising a team of 3 employees, maintaining high standards of quality in service and customer relations, overseeing field revenue collection activities (e.g., parking meters, pay stations, etc.), and overseeing the day-to-day application and integration of third-party parking technology platforms and services. Responsible for management of parking access control systems, parking meters and revenue collection, the coordination of maintenance on parking equipment and the operational supervision of gate-controlled parking facilities.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
MS Office Programs, T2 Flex, Parking and Revenue Control Equipment, LPR System, Amano and T2 Systems reporting.

Driver’s license preferred.
