Le Nouveau Chef Americas Inc. is looking for an embroidery machine operator and warehouse associate. Our office is located in Lisle, IL. We are a top of the line, luxury chef apparel company that distributes to fine dining restaurants, hospitality groups, hotels, celebrity chefs and more. We are expanding our business and it is an exciting time to join our team, to help us grow, within the United States market.

Embroidery Machine Operator and warehouse associate position is an individual contributor role, responsible for preparing garments and operating embroidery machines to embroider names, initials or logos on garments. Position will be in office/warehouse position, who will report to the National Sales Director. Organizing, shipping orders and maintaining warehouse inventory.

Responsibilities of the Embroidery Operator and Warehouse Associate:

• Read work order to determine type and location of embroidery.
• Use scheduling software to determine the priority of which work orders to produce.
• Selects size of hoops and color thread for each order.
• Upload logos to machines using Hatch 3 Software.
• Observe sewing and trouble shoot thread breaks, thread changes and bobbin changes.
• Use embroidery hoops to hold fabric taut.
• Smooth embroidered area, using hand iron or steamer if needed.
• Pick and Pack orders for shipment.
• Being able to work Overtime will be a plus during busy season.

Basic Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative:

• 1-3 years of experience working with commercial embroidery machine and warehouse management.
• Technically and digital skills with Embroidery software (Hatch 3), Quick Books, Ship Station
• Ability to work independently
• Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize, plan, and organize purchase orders activity.
• Adaptable - You are adaptable and can think on your feet, when faced with new challenges, or decisions.
• Must be able to lift, up to the 40lbs
• Able to sit and work for extended period
