Job Summary:
Performs reception duties in the employee health office for employees who visit the office making them feel welcome. Functions as a team member and schedules visits or meetings, processes medical record requests, assists with record maintenance in On Base and phone triage. Notifies clinical staff of employee arrival; receives, date stamps, and distributes mail daily; triages incoming phone calls; and scans documents into employee medical file in On Base.

Education - Required:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Post-high school graduate courses in medical records, customer service, and/or office management.
- 1 year of experience in an office setting in a healthcare environment and
- 1 year of experience in keyboarding, PC applications, scanning medical records, and phone and people skills and
- 1 year of experience processing requests for medical records.
- 2 years of experience in an office setting in a healthcare environment.
- Ability to interact professionally with all levels of organization.
- Ability to learn and use various department-specific software systems.
- Accuracy in data entry, data collection, and filing/scanning procedures.
- Ability to work with interruptions and adapt to changing priorities.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality.

Schedule: Full Time 40 hours, Day Shift, 730am - 4pm
