PrimeCare Medical, Inc. is looking to add an Employee Relations Specialist to work out of our Corporate Office located in Harrisburg, PA. In this role, the successful team member will be primarily responsible for investigating employee complaints, determining appropriate discipline and issuing the same, and managing and processing all types of separations on behalf of the Company.

Responsibilities:

- Provide support to employees at all levels for various HR-related topics, such as policy concerns, interpersonal relations, disciplinary matters, and resolve issues that arise.

- Provide advice and support to various levels of management as it relates to employee issues/concerns, discipline, Company policies, and general HR topics.

- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.

- Coordinate investigations into any issues that might arise.

- Complete HR reporting for various levels of management.

- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Required Skills:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree plus 2 to 4 years working in an HR setting. Candidates without a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience will also be considered.
• Must be detail oriented, resourceful, responsive, and able to function in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and see them through to completion.
• Ability to problem solve and be resourceful.
• Exceptional time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
