We are seeking an Employment Coordinator to support the Recruiting Team administratively while assisting in the development and refinement of recruiting and integration/onboarding activities for the Company.

Location: This position is a hybrid role. You will work 2-3 days a week at our Corporate office in Midvale, Utah.

What you'll be doing:
  • Make first contact with new hires to manage them through their integration process. This includes a welcome message, job aides and system logins, and instructions for completing the on-boarding process. Answer questions regarding the process, and interface frequently with the new hire.
  • Review and accept on-boarding forms as they are submitted; follow up on missing items immediately, collecting completed forms before first payroll but no later than one business week.
  • Responsible for accurately and timely I-9 and E-Verify for team members. Must be completed within 72 hours of first day of work.
  • Coordinate with the TA Director, Manager and Recruiters with inputting background screenings and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Assist internal and external candidates with the application process as needed
  • Responsible for preparing and tracking recruiting reports and metrics
  • Manage the Careers email box and hunt group phone line by promptly responding to inquiries and requests
  • Interface and develop relationships with third party vendors providing reference/applicant screening services
  • Responsibilities are not all inclusive and may change based on the need of the company
Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines while maintaining professionalism and decorum
  • Must be detail oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent editing and composition skills required
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to effectively work with Team Members at all levels of the organization and applicants for exempt, non-exempt, and executive positions.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive data
Education/Experience:
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years office and/or administrative experience required
  • 1+ years of work experience in HR and/or recruiting preferred
