Express Employment Professionals has been helping people find work since 1983! We currently have an Employment Specialist position opening in the Wichita and Derby area! Come join our team and help put a million people to work annually!

As an Employment Specialist, you will help find and connect job seekers with available jobs, work with a dynamic inside sales team, qualify applications, schedule interviews, market talent to clients and build relationships with prospective clients.

The main goal is to put people into jobs! You will work to meet client needs, and network within the community in an inside sales capacity. Posting job ads online and on social media sites is a common activity.

Requirements:

· Thrives in a fast-paced environment

· Positive, friendly, and upbeat attitude

· High school diploma/GED required

· Computer and basic social media skills

· Inside sales experience a plus
