The Energy and Sustainability Analyst’s- HERS energy rater will be performing field review and construction administration for PHIUS verification and HERS multifamily buildings. The role will also include field review and construction administration for building enclosure conformance not specifically related to any energy certification program.

This individual can be based in Seattle, WA or Boston, MA.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Certified HERS® Energy Rater – Required
• Bachelor or Masters Degree in Applied Science or Engineering is preferred
• Registration as an EIT, or eligibility for registration, is preferred
• Previous related experience an asset
