As a Pool Engineer, you will

• MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.
• Shifts will be 7:00 - 3:30 or 8:00 - 4:30. Weekends will be required.
• Must be able to interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Have basic skills in working with pool chemicals and know how to read chlorine levels.
• Will be required to do some minor electrical work.
• Maintain standards of quality guest service.
• Must adhere to all safety standards.
• Increase level of guest satisfaction by delivery of an exceptional product through employee development.
• Help keep the mechanical areas safe, orderly, and clean and maintain legible, orderly records.
• Must have a Missouri Class E driver's license.

Fundamentals

Hotel experience is also preferred but not required. General knowledge of technical fields, such as carpentry, painting, and electrical, is expected. This position requires effective communication skills, a professional manner, the ability to work in a team and make independent decisions. This position requires lifting/pulling of at least 50 pounds, pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity. Other duties may be assigned.
