The Opportunity
The Enrollment Support Services Team Lead is responsible for ensuring their team accurately manages functions related to building and completing files for undergraduate and graduate admission within the service level agreement (SLA) established. Duties include: supervising, training, quality assurance, and maintaining culture within the Enrollment Support Team.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for prioritizing workflow, streamlining the evaluation process, and managing daily accept rates and resolved cases for a team of evaluators. The Team Lead may also have responsibility over a management team in overseeing team operations.
- Be a liaison with internal management groups such as Admission, Academic Advising, and Academics to answer questions about individual student acceptance and evaluations during the admission process.
- Maintain appropriate staffing within the evaluation department, including involvement in staff hiring, training, and separation. The Team Lead will be a hands-on leader adept at utilizing and analyzing data to measure team performance, manage staffing, and project growth needs and opportunities.
- Conduct weekly one on one meetings and yearly performance evaluations with direct reports to ensure that individual evaluation goals are being met and is responsible for the ongoing performance management of all team members within their functional group.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Years of relevant or specific experience: One year experience of transfer credit and prior learning assessment experience in a higher education setting is required.
- Academic Degree(s) and/ areas of study: Bachelor’s degree
Equivalent of experience in lieu of degree acceptable: Yes No
- Professional Certification(s): N/A
- A solid understanding of student admission processes for undergraduate or graduate higher education programs.
- Strong communication and intrapersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree
- Supervisory experience
Work Schedule:
-Tuesday - Saturday 8:00am – 4:30pm
One day per week (Tuesday-Thursday) 11:30am-8:00pm
- Monday -Friday 8:00am- 4:30pm
One day per week (Monday-Thursday) 11:30am-8:00pm
