Position Overview:
The Enterprise Applications Manager will be responsible for overseeing the evaluation, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-wide applications that are critical to the operations of the organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing enterprise-wide application strategies and roadmaps, working closely with IT leadership and business stakeholders to ensure that applications meet their needs. As well as, support, evaluate, and recommend new & existing technologies to enhance the performance of existing enterprise applications (including core CRM and ERP systems).
Essential Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Provide leadership and manage work activities of direct reports and 3rd party consultants in the area of application development for SaaS applications that includes new scalable solutions and enhancements of existing systems.
- Drive stakeholder satisfaction by delivering quality applications and support with controlled and planned change management.
- Provide oversight in standards adherence through reviews of project work including detailed technical specifications and application code.
- Accountable for availability and performance of applications portfolio, including ownership of incidents and release management.
- Develop and implement enterprise-wide application strategies and roadmaps.
- Manage all critical Enterprise Applications and CRM integrations.
- Support the evaluation, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-wide applications.
- Ensure that applications are secure, stable, and scalable.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members.
- Work collaboratively with other IT teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze application performance and make recommendations for improvements.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance the performance of enterprise applications.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure that applications meet their needs.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex issues and/or requests and oversee onboarding and new hire training.

- First year income is exceeding $120,000; this includes weekly base pay plus yearly bonus

Minimum Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in information technology with specific experiencing managing cloud-based/SaaS applications
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Technical background in application development and support
- Experience with various project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
- Experience with Project Management and other collaboration tools (Jira/etc.)
- Excellent technical leadership skills
- Experience with cloud-based telephony/VOIP systems (Five9/8x8/etc.) strongly preferred.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud/Service Cloud experience strongly preferred
