Responsibilities:

• Organize and leddiscovery sessions to identify and define the current business requirements.
• Involvement in performing gap analysis, and documenting all the findings based on inputs from key business and IT stakeholders.
• Assist in translatingthe business requirements into user stories with clearly defined acceptance criteria.
• Participatein agile and Scrum meetings, which included Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums or Stand-ups, Sprint Check-In, Sprint Review & Retrospective.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, Business, Management, or any relevant.
• Good understanding of Business requirements gathering, Business Analysis, and Business Process Modeling.
• Knowledge in conducting GAP analysis and Cost/Benefit analysis, JAD sessions, and User acceptance testing.
• Well-Versed in business document writing skills including BRD, FRD, and SRS.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
