Stelvio Group are pleased to be recruiting a Coordinator, Portfolio Services (entry level) for a fast-growing insurance company based in Fort Washington, PA. This is an onsite position, in which the successful candidate would need to be able to commute to the office location 4 days a week to be considered (Fort Washington, PA).

Job Description

The Coordinator, Portfolio Services assists with the ongoing servicing of life insurance policies that are sold in the secondary market. As a Coordinator, you will act as a liaison between the policy owners and life insurance companies. You will play an important role in Coventry’s process to ensure the correct changes are implemented after the policy sale and that the valuation of policies is optimized. A successful Coordinator will display excellent written and verbal communication skills and manage time effectively to meet deadlines. While the role is rather structured and the written procedures are shared regularly, we also strongly encourage considering alternatives and thinking outside the box to achieve our goals.

• Drive and manage the case processing workflow, including reviewing documentation for accuracy, compiling medical records for underwriting and gathering life insurance policy information for analysis.

• Stay current on medical facility and life insurance carrier policies, operational process flows and compliance criteria.

• Adhere to company policies and legal requirements regarding personal health information.

• Achieve required phone and transaction performance as defined by VP, Case Management.

Requirements

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook and basic knowledge of Excel.

· Extraordinary attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

· Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with others.

· Bachelor’s degree required.
