Our entry level Customer Support Agents act as a liaison to maintain our client’s relationship with their loyal consumers. As An Entry Level Customer Support Agent, You Will Be:

  • Assisting customers in person with a friendly, approachable demeanor to improve customer satisfaction and increase customer retention
  • Building value to our clients services by educating their customers on auto glass options, repairs and replacements
  • Comparing and optimizing solutions to meet customer’s needs and documenting all auto glass damage in order to prepare report for the insurance claim
  • Keeping in contact with customers over the phone to confirm transactions are completed and installation dates are set
  • Training with the upper management team on a daily basis to ensure knowledge of client’s promotions, products, sales, and structure is updated and retained
  • Collaborating as a team with fellow Customer Support, Sales, and Leadership members to exceed client’s projected goals

Basic Qualifications We Look For In An Entry Level Customer Support Agent :

  • 0-2 years of experience as Customer Service Representative
  • High School Diploma or equivalent certification
  • US Work Authorization
