Expanding Insurance Brokerage looking for someone to respond to user calls/trouble reports work with associates to troubleshoot the nature of the problem and take the necessary course of action to resolve it.

You will respond to users (remote or onsite) calls/trouble reports and take the necessary course of action to resolve it.

Requirements:

• 4-year IT degree or equivalent experience

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

• Strong Customer Service and troubleshooting skills required.

• Team player, Attention to detail, highly organized

• Desire to take advantage of training and learning opportunities

• A+, Network + Certifications a plus

• Experience in supporting Windows and Macintosh desktops, laptops

• Knowledge of Azure Active Directory and Networking required.

• Experience supporting Microsoft Office 365 Suite

• Able to support IT corporate requirements outside the normal business hours.

• Call center support experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
