This position will be in Auburn, WA.

Position Summary

• Work as an integral part of the Project Team to provide cost estimating support
• Follow our client’s established Planning and Estimating Procedures
• Familiar with techniques, procedures, methods and the nature of the applicable construction systems
• Coordinate with client operations, engineers, and facilities teams to understand the scope, block plans, concept sketches, or sample layouts, and calculates costs using current market pricing for labor and materials and/or historical data
• Develop construction cost estimates for building systems, primarily, Architectural/Structural, but may also include Civil, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection systems.
• Develop cost estimates for vended services, IT installations, tenant improvements, furniture/equipment moves, office relocations, and other support functions and services.
• Contribute to Construction Schedule development, Risk Analysis, Value Engineering, and Constructability exercises

Here’s What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• Prior knowledge and/or experience with general estimating or project planning
• Must be a US Citizen or permanent resident
• Basic knowledge of MS Software suite

Ideally, You’ll Also Have:

• Experience with Timberline Estimating Software and On-Screen Takeoff highly
• MII, SUCCESS and/or PACES software experience/knowledge

Typical salary range for this position is $62,700 to $98,025 and is commensurate with experience relative to the position.
