About Your Day-to-Day:
- You'll dial at least 50+ warm leads daily, connecting with potential candidates and building those important relationships.
- Attend team meetings where you'll have the chance to update management, discuss business needs, and brainstorm strategies to help us grow.
- When it comes to new hires, you'll be there to assist them with employment applications and new hire paperwork, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Providing outstanding customer service is a priority. You'll be the main point of contact for all your workers' needs and concerns, ensuring they're well taken care of.
- We're all about teamwork! You'll collaborate with various departments, including payroll, compliance, and human resources, to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Your role is vital in effectively supporting and executing the company's goals while upholding our core values.
Skills/Qualifications:
- We're looking for someone who has experience in B2B sales, retail, customer service, or similar fields like call centers, car rentals, hospitality, or restaurants/bartending.
- Someone who's goal-oriented, driven by financial success, and has excellent communication and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree would be great; it's optional.
- We value flexibility, so we're looking for someone who can quickly adapt their schedule and is willing to work atypical hours when the situation calls for it.
- You should also be computer-savvy, with a working knowledge of the MS Office Suite.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- At least 18 years of age or older
