Prestigious Creditor Rights Law Firm is seeking an Replevin Paralegal. Tasks will include coordinating with Firm and Client to manage loans accurately and timely through the foreclosure process.

Key Responsibilities:

· Understand replevin process and key milestones to a replevin legal action

· Prepare replevin legal documents for attorneys to review and execute

· Create and prepare reports that identify impediments and take necessary action to clear impediments

· Partner and communicate with Client and Firm on a daily basis

· Timely clear out daily tasks to ensure replevin legal action exceeds clients’ timelines

Ideal candidate must demonstrate/possess:

· Have the mentality that we, all Firm employees, support each other so that we can solve our clients’ problems

· General understanding of legal procedures, legal processes, life of a lawsuit and civil procedure.

· Experience in negotiating with Impound vendors a plus

· High level of motivation with ability to work independently

· Ability to multitask and be a team player

· Thrive in a culture of growth and accountability

· Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

· Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

· A desire to gain an in-depth understanding of internal and client case management systems

· Time Management proficiency
