Environment Services (EVS) Lead
Pagosa Springs Medical Center has an opening for a full time Night Shift Environmental Services (EVS) Lead. The EVS Lead is to maintain and implement a clean, safe and positive patient care and work environment by following PSMC policies and procedures, best practice methods, and OSHA guidelines throughout the entire organization. Will be responsible for helping the department manager to facilitate a working environment that educates and enhances staff thru leadership, organization, and communication.

Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED.

Experience Requirements: Hospital environmental services work experience. Supervisor experience preferred, but not required, that would include: inventory, scheduling and training.

Special Skills, Licenses or Certifications: Basic computer skills and knowledge (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel). Ability to read, write and clearly express one’s self in English 100% of the time.

Compensation Range: $16.00 to $21.57 hourly, based on years of experience. Night shift differential of $5.00 applicable to the Night Shift Lead position.

Starting Work Bonus: Applicants are eligible for a starting work bonus of 5%! Must be hired into a full time position. Part-time or PRN positions are not eligible.
