Job Description:
Estimator - Insurance Repair to join our team! You will be responsible for meeting with property owners, writing repair estimates using the Xactimate, AND Symbility estimating programs, and signing the jobs with the property owners.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with property owners.
- Inspect damaged properties.
- Write repair estimates using the Xactimate, AND Symbility estimating programs.
- Settle losses with the insurance companies
- Prepare budgets to be followed by project managers.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an insurance adjuster or insurance repair estimator a huge plus
- General knowledge of construction and specifically insurance repairs
- Strong work ethic and troubleshooting skills.
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check.
