The North America Global Functions team is recruiting for the position of Finance Manager, Pharm IT. This position currently has responsibility for NA Commercial Pharm, Global JRD IT, JRD Legal and JRD Communications budgets. This role is located in Titusville, NJ, and may need up to 10% travel.

Job Description Details :
The Finance Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating all reporting, analysis and consolidation activities for Business Planning, Financial Reporting and Strategic Planning for both Operations and Business IT across both the US and Canada for the Pharm sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for modeling financial analyses and leading/influencing management discussions on strategic items impacting decisions related to allocation of investment funds and managing costs. This position provides analytics and insights to NA Pharm Commercial and Global JRD IT business partners to drive optimal investment choices, in addition to collaborating with PMO, and JJT Finance to deliver strategic initiatives with Capital and OPEX components of spend. Strong business partnering skills and communication are required to manage over $0.5B in spend across various Business Partners at all levels, majority being the VP/director level. The manager will demonstrate the Leadership Imperatives of Connect, Shape, and Deliver by utilizing performance and data driven insights and metrics to identify new opportunities, efficiencies, or solutions to meet business needs. This includes challenging the status quo, leveraging business / financial acumen, systems linkages and value stream mapping skills to drive continuous improvement. In addition, the manager will help lead the adoption of Project Siginfi for their team.
This role will oversee a team of 3 Senior Financial Analysts, 2 FLDPs. It will be expected that this manager focuses on strong people leadership through the coaching and development of each team member by clearly aligning on short term and long-term goals and by gathering and providing timely feedback.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting, Economics or Finance. A Masters/MBA degree is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of finance, accounting or related business experience is required.
- A financial Certification (CPA, CMA) is preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required (i.e. Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP functions).
- Experience with SAP Beacon and/or TM1 is preferred
- Prior people management, talent development, leadership experience is required.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with associates at all levels of the organization is required.
- This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and proven leadership skills.
- The ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously is required.
- Ability to thrive in a multi-cultural environment across all layers of the business is required. Experience working within a multinational environment is preferred.
- Strong continuous improvement mind-set is required.
The base pay range for this position is $97,000 - $166,750
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
