Summary

With direction from Planning and Operations, this position is responsible for converting plans and operational targets into schedules for production areas, raw materials, tooling, etc. to support the overall goals of the factory.

• Update reports and schedules, for example, Acuna Plan, shop floor production schedule, material schedule, etc.
• Release Work Order packages to shop Floor and release PO's and orders to authorize outside processing (including Acuña).
• Check material & component shortages and create requisitions in Oracle and coordinate deliveries with Procurement, Quality, and Materials as needed.
• Coordinate/execute periodic WIP cycle count verifications and report to Finance. Work with Production, Quality, Materials, etc. to resolve WIP issues.
• Liaise with Production and other departments, including Acuña supply chain team, to resolve issues, follow-up, expedited orders, prioritize past dues.
• Set priorities to ensure department goals are met.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must understand shop routings and bill of materials basics.
• Understanding of good inventory practices, including lot traceability and integrity, segregation, and rotation.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status. ITAR defines U.S. person as an U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
