Maximus Real Estate Partners seeks an Executive Assistant ! The EA will provide high quality executive administrative support to three of the firm’s dynamic officers.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
- Manage and maintain partners schedules to include appointments and meetings.
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
- Prepare presentations using Power Point.
- Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
- Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
- Answer, screen and direct telephone calls; relay messages.
- Arrange complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries.
- Conduct research as needed for projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner via written and verbal form.
- Intermediate to expert Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Basic math skills.
- Knowledge of Yardi preferred
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- College Degree preferred
- 3-6 years of Executive Admin experience

Compensation & Benefits Details
An employee’s pay may be based on several factors including but not limited to (1) relevant education; qualifications; certifications; and experience; (2) skills, ability, knowledge of the job; (3) performance, contribution, and results; (4) geographic location; (5) shift; (6) internal and external equity; and (7) business and organizational needs. The salary range is what we believe to be the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting and may be modified in the future.
