Alpha Automotive is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant and Social Media Manager to join our rapidly growing team!

We are now hiring for ALL of our locations: Stealth Auto Recovery, Excite Towing, Wayne's Auto Powell, Wayne's Auto Schrock, Wayne's Auto Westerville, Mann's Expedite Service, H.I.N.T., Excite Collision Repair, and Ernie's Auto Repair!
- Performing clerical and administrative tasks including drafting memos, letters, invoices, reports and other documents for senior and leadership staff.
- Taking charge with office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
- Engaging with customers on different social media channels.
- Crafting and posting compelling content across all social media accounts.
- Being on top of the latest social media trends.
- You are highly organized and have great attention to detail
- You have excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- You have extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems
