Apta Properties is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Executive/Personal Assistant to provide exceptional support to Vasu Kakarlapudi MD, an accomplished ENT surgeon and real estate investor. As an integral member of our team, you will play a crucial role in organizing tasks, prioritizing ideas, and ensuring seamless operations. This position offers the opportunity to offload administrative duties from Vasu, allowing him to focus on driving exponential growth for Apta Properties and empowering the entire team.
Responsibilities:
● Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills in efficiently managing ideas and projects.
● Coordinate meetings and events to facilitate Vasu's external relationships and networking.
● Exhibit precision in managing email inboxes and correspondence.
● Utilize your resourcefulness to make cost-effective travel arrangements.
● Proactively maintain Vasu's schedule, ensuring optimal time management.
● Take pride in scheduling personal activities and coordinating meals to enhance productivity.
● Show attention to detail in coordinating home maintenance projects.
● Establish and maintain accurate filing systems, both physical and electronic.
● Provide support in miscellaneous office tasks and assist in coordinating investor events.
● Coordinate special events and thoughtful gifts as required.
● Skillfully manage and prioritize Vasu's to-do list, following up on outstanding tasks.
Results:
In your first year, you will have achieved:
● Successful offloading of tasks, freeing up Vasu's time to focus on growth.
● Streamlined and organized professional and personal lives of Vasu and Apta.
● Developed strong working relationships with team members, strategic partners, and investors.
● Efficiently coordinated proactive maintenance projects for the Kakarlapudi home.
Qualifications:
● Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive/personal assistant, showcasing your attention to detail.
Preferred:
● Knowledge of private equity investments and/or real estate.
● Proven ability to organize diverse matters into a clear and accessible format.
● Familiarity with tech stack tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, Loom, Zoom, and ActiveCampaign.
Compensation:
● Competitive annual salary of $50,000, with the potential for a performance-based bonus up to $2,500.
● Additional passive income from our future investments during your tenure.
● Professional development reimbursements for workshops, conferences, etc.
Details:
● Full-time remote position with occasional visits to the home office.
● Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
● Flexibility to work outside regular hours to accomplish goals.
● Must have a quiet workspace and excellent internet connection.
