Wilson and Company is currently seeking a full time Executive Business Assistant to assist our Executive Leadership Team. The Executive Business Assistant must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion and collaborate with the company-wide office administrative team.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Organize meetings including scheduling, catering, conference rooms, off-site meetings.
  • Assist with scheduling travel for executives.
  • Assist with managing documents, filing, editing, obtaining signatures, etc.
  • Assist with maintaining documents.
  • Prepare documents, PowerPoints presentations, etc. as needed.
  • Prepare expense reports for executives.
  • Prepare and send emails.
  • Other administrative projects as needed.
  • Take meeting minutes.

  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office

  • Developed level of emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to work independently.


Required Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Previous 7+ years’ experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role

Annual Salary range: $51,000 - $93,000
