About the position:

The CEO and founder is seeking an innovative chef to lead all culinary operations for the office and occasionally the residence. The Chef will be involved in many endeavors and will work with the CEO to make all culinary experiences one to remember.

• Office lunches / dinners for executive team meetings and high-end clients.
• Office events that need catering.
• High-end level, 5-course meals that are creatively designed.
• Prefers locally sourced produced that are picked / caught fresh daily.
• Work with and guide support staff under you.
• This is not the typical late night restaurant business hours that you will be working. Varies from occasion to occasion.
• Three fully fitted, state of the art, kitchens to work in when preparing meals on location.

About you:

• The ideal candidate has a Culinary Degree from a culinary school.
• Possible luxury hotel, fine dining, or country club chef experience.
• Must be punctual.
• Must always be confidential.
• Flexible schedule as catering dates may change with short notice.
• CEO is willing to consider part-time commitment if events for him and company are prioritized first.
• Candidates with ties to the Michigan area are preferred.
