Ignite Entertainment is a dynamic hospitality group in Cincinnati, Ohio, on track to become the city's largest restaurant group.

We are looking for an executive chef to supervise daily back of house restaurant operations, this is a multi-unit role overseeing all BOH operations for Pampas Gastropub and Che Empanadas (O'Bryanville).

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• EXCEED GUESTS EXPECTATIONS
• BE ABLE TO MEET OR EXCEED LABOR, FOOD, AND CONTROLLABLE COSTS
• BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL KITCHEN OPERATIONS
• TAKE OWNERSHIP OF YOUR LOCATION
• MANAGE, TRAIN, COACH, HIRE, DISCIPLINE ALL BOH STAFF
• MANAGE ALL INVENTORY PAR LEVELS
• HAVE PROVEN EXECUTIVE CHEF LEADERSHIP SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• MEET OR EXCEED ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL SAFETY AND SANITATION GUIDELINES
• WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF MS OFFICE, GOOGLE SHARE DRIVE, AND POS SYSTEMS A PLUS
• DEGREE IN CULINARY SCIENCE OR EQUIVALENT A PLUS

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
