Job description
Primary Function/General Purpose of Position
The Executive Director, Business Support Services oversees multiple market-wide departments including the Radiology and Facilities department. This role is responsible for all construction and renovation projects in the Springfield Market. This includes facilitating and managing all capital purchase in STRATA for the Springfield Market, and operating as the primary liaison managing GE service contract and the Cushman Wakefield relationship in the Springfield Market.
Essential Job Functions
In collaboration with CFO facilitates all Capital Purchases and Projects in STRATA.
In collaboration with VP OPS facilitates all construction and renovation projects to meet market needs to fulfill market strategy and Ministry mission.
Serves as point of contact to Cushman Wakefield (property management).
Serves as point of care contact to General Electric Bio Med and Radiology Service leadership.
Serves as point of contact to Bon Secours Mercy Health Ministry support service regarding construction and equipment purchases, construction projects, NTI projects, and SEP projects.
Maintains responsibility for the imaging service line in the market.

Licensing/Certification
BLS Basic Life Support – American Heart Association (required)
ARRT – American College Radiologic Technology
Education
Bachelor of Science Radiology (required) or ARRT or years of experience equals educational requirements.
Masters of Education or Healthcare Administration (preferred)
Work Experience
2 years of recent experience in an acute care setting (required)
1 year of leadership experience (preferred)
