Job description
The successful incumbent will be responsible for providing support to the Chief of Staff in activities across the Technology Cybersecurity Compliance & Operational Risk Office (TCCORO).
Key activities include:
Using strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple projects at the one time
Exceptional verbal presentation skills with the ability to address audiences of varying size and seniority
Enhancing the cadence of meetings and reminders, which includes the chairing of cyclical meetings with various levels of seniority within TCCORO and the wider Bank
Using strong written and verbal communications to clearly define requests and desired outputs
Assisting with the coordination of centralized activities, such as the aggregation of responses across multiple areas of TCCORO
Having oversight of the TCCORO calendar to issue forward looking reminders that ensure sufficient time is allocated ahead of key business activities, such as Risk Assessments, Audits, and Regulatory engagements
Working with the business to enhance TCCORO’s record keeping processes that include file naming and folder naming protocols
Establishing relationships with TCCORO employees, and beyond, to increase efficiency and responsiveness to requests
Developing impactful presentations (e.g PowerPoint) to assist in the simplification of messaging and aid in communication
Supporting the TCCORO business in escalating items to appropriate parties
Assisting in the maintenance of best-in-class, programs, policies, and practices across TCCORO
Assisting with requests arising from Audits and/or Regulatory Examination. This may include coordination with internal stakeholders
Improving current processes to optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity
Additional duties as assigned
