We hold an extremely high expectation in our trim room.

Essential Functions

• Trim 200 – 454 grams of flower per day.
• Minimal handling of the flower.
• The ability to trim each flower to its unique expression.
• No shaving.
• No Crows Feet.
• Clean Cuts – No cutting into the buds.
• Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing your work area.

Work Environment

This job operates in a cultivation facility much like a warehouse. Trim room is calm, clean, quiet, and the trim crew is small. We harvest every few weeks, so we are almost always trimming.

Physical Demands

This position requires you to sit/stand for long periods, repetitive hand movement, and the ability to stay focused in an area that at times will have distractions.

*Trimmers in our facility are Independent Contractors.

Job Type: Contract

79.00 -227.00 per day depending on production capabilities. We hand trim all our flower, even the b's. Most experienced trimmers who trim to our standards do not trim over 1 lb. a day. 300-400 grams is a typical day for a fast, experienced, confident trimmer.
