Connecticut Basement Systems is celebrating 30 years of vision, growth, and success and helping Connecticut homeowners solve their waterproofing, finishing, and structural repair needs. We are looking for experienced construction subcontractors to join our team. Our Total Basement Finishing division has been growing continuously due to our outstanding marketing programs, products, and company reputation.

This position offers long term security as our business has grown significantly over the last several years. We are looking for an experienced subcontractor who has a positive attitude and can work well individually and as part of a 2-person crew.

The ideal candidate should be extremely dedicated to customer service. They will be able to perform job site management, coordinating with trades, and scheduling inspections. They need to be comfortable working with metal framing and drop ceilings, or at least willing to learn. Additionally, they must be proficient in rough framing and trim work.
