JOB SUMMARY

Brownwood Hotel and Spa in the Villages, FL is seeking Expeditors and Food Runners for Wolfgang Puck Kitchen & Bar. The Expeditor is a vital part of our BOH to FOH operation. This position ensure the highest food quailty reaches our guests, by inspecting every dish, and making sure every dish is plated to Wolfgang Puck exspecation. The Expeditor builds every ticket and is responsible for the flow of food from BOH to FOH. The Food Runner is another integral part of the BOH to FOH service. The Food Runner ensures the food arrives to the table fresh and at peek plating. The Food Runner is also "the Face" of the Wolfgang Puck Kitchen & Bar BOH Group. They must have the knowlegde to explain, and answer questions, about our product as a spokes person for our Executive Chef. These two positions are highly valued by the Wolfgang Puck Brand & Restaurants.

This position requires a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Prior hotel experience is preferred, but not required. Applicant needs to have outstanding customer service skills to be considered for the position.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Perform all job duties, listed above, but not limiting or excluding any other duties needed to service our guests.
• Maintains regular attendance, is consistently on time, and observes prescribed work, break and meal periods in compliance with standards.
• Maintains high standards of personal appearance, hygiene and grooming, which include compliance with the dress code.
• Performs any other duties as requested by supervisor.

PHYSICAL ENVIORNMENT

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
• Prolonged periods standing and walking.
• Stand and Walk with heavy trays/tubs (up to 50 pounds).
