3rd Shift Extrusion Machine Operator needed in New Holland, PA! Great opportunity for growth. Apply now for interview!

Pay: $19-23/hr

Shift: 3rd - 10pm - 6am Sun-Thur

Description:

• operating a plastic extrusion machine to manufacture plastic components
• responsible to monitor the supply process of ray materials ( plastic pellets) into the machine and making sure the raw material is the correct product for that particular job
• follow work order to ensure accuracy of finished product
• assist with tooling/die adjustments as needed to insure accuracy
• monitor machine as product is produced to ensure no discrepancies or issues with the machine
• use various measuring devices (tape measure, calipers, micrometers) to ensure finished product meets customer specs
• adjust feed rates of the machine as needed to insure product accuracy
• remove finished product from machine and stack on skids as per customer specs (may require lifting of up to 50 pounds) some products could be 8-10+ feet long and awkward to handle/lift/carry.
