Job description

We are looking for a Eyelash & Eyebrow Technician to provide lash extension and semi permanent brows to our customers based on their needs. You must have a valid Texas License to be hired.

Responsibilities

• Be self motivated and maintain selected schedule
• Be professional and offer top customer service to every person that enters the salon
• Recommend latest trends
• Prepare and clean beauty station in-between appointments
• Sterilize equipment before use
• Inform clients about additional services and offers (e.g. loyalty discounts, eyebrow waxing)
• Offer eyelash & eyebrow treatment tips (e.g. how to make lashes & brows last longer)
• Up-sell treatments and beauty products, when appropriate
• Take an interest in customers (e.g. chatting with them during appointments and remembering their preferences)

Skills

• Proven work experience as Lash Tech or a Brow Tech.
• Expertise in basic brow and lash care.
• Knowledge of cosmetology trends
• Understanding of sanitation and sterilization standards
• Experience in customer services
• Certification in Cosmetology

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Internship

Pay: $1,843.00 - $4,943.00 per month
