Facilities Assistant/Custodial/PSR Driver
Job description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for company wide scheduling and maintain fire marshal and extinguisher inspections
- Responsible for company wide scheduling and maintain fire suppression systems and vent hood inspections
- Responsible for company wide scheduling and maintain Health & Safety monitoring and documentation
- Responsible to maintaining company scheduling and maintain monthly emergency drills
- Responsible to document and file, maintain and update department documents
- Responsible to document and file, maintain and update expenses reporting and submitting monthly
- Responsible to Clean and sanitize restrooms
- Responsible to Clean, dust, wipe furniture, sweep, mop, or vacuum floors, empty waste baskets and trash containers, refill restroom dispensers.
- Assist with the setup of facilities for meetings, classrooms, conferences events, etc as assigned.
- Responsible Strip, clean, buff and apply floor sealer and floor finish to hard surfaces, vacuum and shampoo carpets as assigned by supervisor.
- Responsible Wash walls and equipment, use ladders when required in work assignments, as assigned by supervisor.
- Responsible to follow instructions regarding the use of chemical supplies. Use as directed.
- Responsible to move furniture, equipment, supplies and tools on an incidental basis as assigned by supervisor.
- Wash accessible interior and exterior windows. Clean blinds.
- Safely operate all vehicles and other job related equipment.
- Responsible for transporting PSR clients to and from group/clinic
- Notify supervisor of needed supplies when necessary.
- As assigned by supervisor, operates a light motor vehicle, such as a passenger car, pick-up, van or light truck, picking up and delivering such items as passengers, mail, parts/equipment or other cargo/materials.
- As assigned by supervisor, makes minor adjustments and emergency repairs; keeps vehicle clean and serviceable.
- As assigned by supervisor, checks all fluid levels and tire air pressure as appropriate.
- Able to communicate with vendors, contractors, and all CREOKS staff
- Able to perform tasks with no physical restrictions
- Assist Vice President in day to day operations as requested by supervisor.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required:
- One year certificate from college or technical school; or six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Current Oklahoma Operator’s Drivers License
- Current liability automobile insurance.
- Proficient in using and working with computer/laptop
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety roles and procedure manuals.
- Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
