Summary
The Cleaning Technician is responsible for providing deep cleaning and sanitizing services to all of our restaurant locations. This position is graveyard hours working 4/10's Monday thru Thursday.

Essential Functions and Key Position Accountabilities
- Properly clean, sanitize and maintain restaurant equipment
- Clean and disinfect common areas as assigned
- Clean walls, floors, ceilings, woodwork, windows, doors, and sills
- Clean and polish stainless steel surfaces
- Dust fixtures, ledges and shelves
- Follow procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transport it to designated areas
- Ability to travel to our restaurant locations.
- Report maintenance concerns to facilities team
- Secure restaurant locations and ensure the building is locked/unlocked as required
- Ensure security of company assets while on-site
- Ability to work non-business hours including nights.
- Follow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures/laws and adhere to safe work practices.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at one time
- Adapts to changes in work assignments and environment, is willing to assume additional responsibility and learn new processes
- Support special projects and other designated activities, as assigned. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned by Manager
Minimum Qualifications
EDUCATION
- High School Diploma in a related field or equivalent
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
- Must have valid Washington State Driver’s License and pass DMV check
EXPERIENCE
- This position prefers at least one year of facility maintenance or janitorial experience in a restaurant environment
