Arcfield is seeking an energetic, self-starting Facilities Coordinator to ensure efficient, effective delivery of facilities services in Colorado Springs, CO.

Performs reception duties such as receiving visitors, coordinating security access, and receiving and distributing mail. Liaises with the facilities organization, landlords, property management, building engineers, and external vendors to coordinate building maintenance, repairs, and resolve facilities issues. May perform light facilities services such as minor furniture changes, hanging whiteboards, spot patching / painting, and stocking supplies. Communicates with employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders, and address complaints. Troubleshoots problem areas, resolving problems and making recommendations for systems solutions to problems. Operates office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems and personal computers. May focus activities on quality assurance or other programs as directed. Monitors and reports facility occupancy. Maintains data and makes reports. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to handle; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, bend, crouch or crawl. The employee must also occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds or more.
Qualifications:
  • HS 5-6 Years
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • General handyman abilities a plus
  • Working knowledge of building systems and facilities maintenance and management practices a plus
  • Ability to prioritize and resolve multiple, competing requests
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
For Colorado Residents: Colorado Salary Minimum: $35,200 Colorado Salary Maximum: $85,500 The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position, and is just one component of Peraton's total compensation package for employees.
